The estate was founded by Françoise Gagnepain and two of her children, Laurent and Isabelle, in 1991. The first vines were replanted to reach 14.5 ha on two appellations: Petit Chablis and Chablis. In 2016, Paul Gagnepain, Laurent's son, arrived at the estate. With him, the vineyard resumed its expansion (by 2026: 23 ha) and the range of wines expanded: Chablis 1er cru "Vau de Vey", Crémant de Bourgogne, Bourgogne Red and rosé; Saint-Bris (Sauvignon). Our wines are crafted by us with love and according to traditional methods. Our estate is certified HVE "High Environmental Value".
