Domaine Fourrey is a 25-hectare family estate located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. We produce the following wines: Petit-Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru: Côte de Lechet, Vaillons, Mont de Milieu, Fourchaume; Chablis Grand Cru Valmur and a Bourgogne Pinot Noir. The wines are aged in stainless steel tanks to bring out the unique character of each terroir. The wines regularly win awards in international publications. We have held HVE Level 3 certification since the 2017 vintage and have been in organic conversion since 2023.
