A former monastery whose first foundations in the 9th century saw the birth of the first Chablis wines, the Obédiencerie, listed in the inventory of Historical Monuments, houses the cellars where the premier and grands crus of Chablis from Domaine Laroche mature. By appointment, it is possible to visit these historic cellars in which rests a magnificent 13th century press and then to discover the range of Domaine Laroche wines.

2025: Guided tours (by reservation only): Monday to Saturday at 10:30 a.m. and 15 p.m. Tastings: Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 13:30 p.m. to 18 p.m.
