Le p'tit chèvre de Bernouil is a farm located in the north of Yonne, created in January 2017 as an individual. Resulting from Carole's professional reconversion. At the beginning, the farm had 30 goats. All the milk production is transformed on the farm into a range of raw milk cheeses ranging from fresh to dry, including matured and semi-dry. We also produce goat's cheese and yogurts.
